Swayambhu Nritya Sadhana keeps the records a Bharatanatyam school needs: your name and phone, your Shishya’s name and date of birth, class enrolments, and files you upload.

The teacher can see profiles, documents, and payments for Shishyas in the school. Other families cannot.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment processor. Card, UPI and net banking details are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout and are handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy.

Swayambhu does not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login. The school keeps only the payment reference, the amount, the date and the status, so it can issue receipts and process any refund under the Cancellation & Refunds policy.

Your account

You can download a copy of your account from My account in the app, or ask for the account to be deleted. Deletion is scheduled for 30 days and can be cancelled until then.
