Cancellation & Refunds

This policy covers fees paid to Swayambhu Nritya Sadhana, online through Razorpay or by any other method.

Cancellation and full refund

You can cancel an enrolment and get a full refund of the tuition fees if you ask within 7 days of payment and no classes have been attended.

The registration fee is non-refundable.

How to cancel

Email swayambhunrityasadhana@gmail.com or call 95380 74177 with the Shishya’s name and the payment date.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

When fees are non-refundable

After 7 days from payment, or once classes have been attended, fees are non-refundable.

A closure or holiday does not by itself refund a fee.

Razorpay payments that exceed an invoice become credit on the Shishya’s account.
